What is the difference between applying to and registering for a programme?

Applying to a program means that you are seeking to be enrolled in a programme of interest.  Re-entry applicants (those who had withdrawn from the programme and have been given permission to re-join) are also considered to be applyying for enrollment.

After you have been made an offer, and have accepted it, you will be eligible to register on-line during the published registration period.  Applying to a programme does not guarantee that you will be made an offer.
