I registered for a course, Why am I not seeing it on eLearning?

To address this problem complete the following steps:

  • Verify that you were indeed registered for the course in CHOL
  • Ensure your enrollment has not been canceled due to outstanding fees.
  • Synchronization between CHOL and eLearning has not occurred, recheck in one (1) hour.

We invite you to submit your query via email to ITServiceDesk@cavehill.uwi.edu, please include the following information: your Student ID# , the Course Code and Reference Number (CRN).
